Exchanges, Returns and Refund:
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our exchange and return policy. Due to the heavy and large dimension nature of artificial turf, as well as the expensive freight shipping costs associated with it, we've implemented these measures to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both parties involved.

1, We accept exchanges and returns in 30 days only if the packaging remains unopened and the product is unrolled and unused.

2, Please be advised that customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs. A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
